    兩個標準之間區(qū)別不大，ISO21500中稱為Subject Groups的，就是PMBOK2012中的知識領(lǐng)域。

    細讀會發(fā)現(xiàn)，實際ISO21500中對一些術(shù)語的定義比PMBOK2012更為精準、易解，如，兩者對項目集管理的定義：

    (1)A programme is a group of related projects and other activities aligned with an organizational strategy or with major goals. Programme management consists of centralised and coordinated activities to achieve the goals.(ISO21500)項目經(jīng)理圈子

    (2)A program is defined as a group of related projects, subprograms, and program activities managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits not available from managillg them individually.Programs may include elements of related work outside the scope of the discrete projects in the program. A project may or may not be part of a program but a program will always have projects.
